The soft cake has a flavor and texture that pleases adults and children alike!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups of flour (wheat)

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Add the flour, sugar, eggs, butter and salt in a bowl. 
    Mix very well, add half the milk and mix again.
  • Add the rest of the milk and mix until the dough is smooth. 
    Divide the mixture into two parts and hit the blender one at a time until homogenized.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking dish. 
    Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 60 to 80 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the soft cake from the oven, let it cool to room temperature and the recipe is ready to eat.Soft cake
