Traditional and irresistible, the soft cake only takes a few ingredients and is very easy to make!
The soft cake has a flavor and texture that pleases adults and children alike!
2 cups of flour (wheat)
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 liter of milk
1 pinch of salt
- Add the flour, sugar, eggs, butter and salt in a bowl.
Mix very well, add half the milk and mix again.
- Add the rest of the milk and mix until the dough is smooth.
Divide the mixture into two parts and hit the blender one at a time until homogenized.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking dish.
Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 60 to 80 minutes.
- Carefully remove the soft cake from the oven, let it cool to room temperature and the recipe is ready to eat.
