This soft milk cake is a great option to serve for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (165g)

  • 2 cups milk (480 ml)

  • 1 bottle coconut milk (200 ml)

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (240g)

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (395g)

  • 3/4 cup sugar (150g)

  • 100 g butter

Directions

  • Place the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, milk, butter, eggs, all-purpose flour, and sugar in a blender. Blend well until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Once the batter is liquid and homogeneous, pour it into a baking pan greased with butter or margarine and lightly dusted with flour.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out slightly moist.
  • Allow the cake to cool slightly, then cut it into pieces of your preferred size. It is now ready to be served.
