Try consuming this manioc flour cake accompanied by a good cup of coffee to make it even more delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 1 cup sweet sprinkles (tea)

  • 1 cup of sour sprinkle (tea)

  • 1 teaspoon salt (or use to taste)

  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese

  • 50 ml of water

  • 150 ml of oil

Directions

  • Add the eggs, oil, water, grated parmesan cheese and salt to the blender, beat for 3 minutes and add the sweet and sour sprinkles. 
    Beat some more and transfer the dough to a greased and sprinkled shape.
  • Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180ºC and bake it for about 40 minutes, or until it is golden on the outside. 
    Let it cool down a bit, unmold it if you prefer and the manioc flour cake is ready to eat.
