Ingredients
4 whole eggs
1 cup sweet sprinkles (tea)
1 cup of sour sprinkle (tea)
1 teaspoon salt (or use to taste)
50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
50 ml of water
150 ml of oil
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, water, grated parmesan cheese and salt to the blender, beat for 3 minutes and add the sweet and sour sprinkles.
Beat some more and transfer the dough to a greased and sprinkled shape. - Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180ºC and bake it for about 40 minutes, or until it is golden on the outside.
Let it cool down a bit, unmold it if you prefer and the manioc flour cake is ready to eat.
