Ingredients
1 box of fresh strawberries (250g)
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup of water
Directions
- In a blender, beat the strawberries until you get a puree.
- Add the condensed milk and cream to the blender and beat again until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin envelope in 1/2 cup of hot water and mix well.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender mixture and blend again until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl or individual bowls.
- Refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the mousse is firm.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh strawberries or chocolate shavings, if desired.
