4 egg whites at room temperature
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, washed and cut into slices
1 tablespoon of sugar

- In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with the sugar and lemon juice.
