Ingredients
800 ml whole milk
4 tablespoons powdered milk
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 box of condensed milk
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
Grated coconut to taste
Directions
- Put the milk, eggs, butter or margarine in the blender and beat for 1 minute.Â
Add the sugar, condensed milk, powdered milk and beat again for another 1 minute.Â
Transfer the liquid to a container and add the wheat flour (preferably sifted) little by little while stirring gently. - Pour the liquid mass into a greased and floured baking dish, sprinkle grated coconut on top, place in a preheated oven at 240º₢ and bake for about 50 minutes.Â
Remove from the oven and wait to cool at room temperature.Â
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours before serving if you prefer and the soft cake is ready.
