The texture and taste of this super creamy soft cake are to die for!

Ingredients

  • 800 ml whole milk

  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine

  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • Grated coconut to taste

Directions

  • Put the milk, eggs, butter or margarine in the blender and beat for 1 minute. 
    Add the sugar, condensed milk, powdered milk and beat again for another 1 minute. 
    Transfer the liquid to a container and add the wheat flour (preferably sifted) little by little while stirring gently.
  • Pour the liquid mass into a greased and floured baking dish, sprinkle grated coconut on top, place in a preheated oven at 240º₢ and bake for about 50 minutes. 
    Remove from the oven and wait to cool at room temperature. 
    Leave it in the fridge for a few hours before serving if you prefer and the soft cake is ready.
