Oil 1 tablespoon (13 mL)
Beef rib cut 1.5 kg
Cassava 1 kg
2 pieces chopped onion
minced garlic 6 cloves
3 pieces chopped seedless tomato
1 piece chopped girl’s finger pepper
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
green smell to taste
Directions
- In a pressure cooker on the fire, add Oil 1 tbsp (13 mL);
- Add cut beef rib 1.5 kg;
- Brown on both sides;
- Add chopped onion 2 units;
- Add minced garlic 6 cloves;
- Add Salt to taste;
- Add black pepper;
- Let it cook a little;
- Add chopped seedless tomato 3 units;
- Add hot water to cover the meat;
- Cover and let it get pressure (cook for 30 minutes on low heat);
- Add Cassava 1 kg;
- Add some more hot water;
- Cover and leave on low heat for 15 minutes after getting pressure;
- Add green smell;
- Your swamped cow is ready!
