  • Oil 1 tablespoon (13 mL)

  • Beef rib cut 1.5 kg

  • Cassava 1 kg

  • 2 pieces chopped onion

  • minced garlic 6 cloves

  • 3 pieces chopped seedless tomato

  • 1 piece chopped girl’s finger pepper

  • salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • green smell to taste


  • In a pressure cooker on the fire, add Oil 1 tbsp (13 mL);
  • Add cut beef rib 1.5 kg;
  • Brown on both sides;
  • Add chopped onion 2 units;
  • Add minced garlic 6 cloves;
  • Add Salt to taste;
  • Add black pepper;
  • Let it cook a little;
  • Add chopped seedless tomato 3 units;
  • Add hot water to cover the meat;
  • Cover and let it get pressure (cook for 30 minutes on low heat);
  • Add Cassava 1 kg;
  • Add some more hot water;
  • Cover and leave on low heat for 15 minutes after getting pressure;
  • Add green smell;
