Ingredients
4 tablespoons of water
2 teaspoons corn starch (cornstarch)
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- In a pan off the heat, place the water, cornstarch and mix until completely dissolved.Â
Add sugar, vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce.
- Mix well, turn on medium heat and add a pinch of salt.Â
Stir constantly while the mixture cooks. - After it boils, cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, always stirring well.Â
Transfer the mixture to a container, wait to cool and the sweet and sour sauce is ready.
