Ingredients
1 cup wheat (tea)
1 large bunch of fresh parsley
1 sprig of fresh mint
1 medium cucumber
2 tomatoes
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions
- Put the wheat in a vase, cover with water and let it hydrate for 20 minutes.
In a separate container, add the diced seedless cucumber, parsley, mint and seedless chopped tomatoes. - Squeeze the wheat to remove all the water and put it in the container with the vegetables.
Add olive oil and salt to taste and mix very well.
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours before serving if you prefer and the tabbouleh is ready to eat.
