Focus Features continues to share promotional material for the horror comedy Lisa Frankensteina film that marks the directorial debut of Zelda Williams.
The latest in its marketing campaign is a new official poster focused on the protagonists, Kathryn Newton y Cole Sprouse. She plays Lisa, a high school outcast who is in love with a beautiful corpse (Sprouse) from the Victorian era and accidentally brings it back to life.

In addition to Newton (Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Freaky), Sprouse (Riverdale), the cast is made up Carla Gugino (The Fall of the House of Usher, Gerald’s Game), Liza Soberano (Dolce Amore, Make it With You), Jenna Davis (M3GAN) y Joe Christ (Stranger Things, Killers of the Flower Moon).
Williams directs the script written by Diablo Cody (Young Adult, Tully, Jennifer’s Bodyand Oscar winner for Juno). Williams is the daughter of Robin Williams, known for providing her voice to The Legend of Korra de Nickelodeon.
Cody and Mason Novick are producers, with Jeffrey Lampert serving as executive producer.
Focus Features will premiere Lisa Frankenstein in theaters February 9, 2024.
