The legal drama The Lincoln Lawyer of Netflixannounced the premiere date of its third season, in addition to presenting the first official images with glimpses of its main cast.
The streamer Season 3 will premiere on Thursday, October 17, 2024 (via Netflix).
The new season features the return of the main cast, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, Angus Sampsony Yaya DaCostain addition to Neve Campbell in a recurring/guest star role.
Other actors in guest star roles include: Merri Dungey, Elliott Gould, Devon Graye, Michael Irby, Stir the Clomps, Allyn Moriyon, Wolé Parks, John Pirruccello, Fiona Rene, Philip Anthony-Rodriguez, Jon Tenneyy Krista Warner.
The third season consists of 10 episodes just like its two previous seasons.
The Lincoln Lawyer adapts the literary saga of Michael ConnellyThe third season is based on the fifth book in the series, The Gods of Guilt.
- The first season was based on the second volume, The Brass Verdictwhile the second season adapted the fourth book, The Fifth Witness.
García-Rulfo stars in the series as attorney Mickey Haller, who runs his law practice from the backseat of his Lincoln Town Car.
In the first season, Mickey is trying to find his footing again after spending some time away from the practice of law. He returns to Los Angeles, where he finds himself drawn back into the business with a mystery to solve. He's also working on rebuilding relationships.
Season 3 will begin with a sequence of flashbacks that will give audiences a glimpse into how Mickey Haller became not only the brilliant criminal defense attorney, but the husband, father and man that he is.
The series is run by David E. Kelley y Ted Humphreyco-writers and executive producers. Dailyn Rodriguez (Queen of the South) joined the show in season two as co-showrunner alongside Humphrey, showrunner for season one, and as an executive producer. Connelly is also an executive producer alongside Ross Fineman. A+E Studios produces.
