Disney dominated the 2023 Golden Globes ceremony held on Tuesday, January 10, with 9 wins in both film and television categories, with four of them for the cinematographic category; three of them took away The Banshees of Inisherin from Searchlight Pictures, including the win for Best Motion Picture Musical/Comedy.
The movie of Martin McDonagh was the most successful on the night of Tuesday, January 10, in addition to the Golden Globe for best musical/comedy film, it won the award for best original screenplay (McDonagh), and best actor in a musical/comedy film for Colin Farrell. Disney’s movie triumphs close with Angela Bassettwho took the Golden Globe for his supporting role in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
