Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 1 whole orange

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon (200 ml) oil

  • 2 cups (200 ml) of sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder

  • 2 cups (200 ml) all-purpose flour

  • Cover
  • 4 tablespoons of icing sugar

  • 4 tablespoons of orange juice

Directions

  • Cake
  • Remove the bottom and top of the orange;
  • Cut the orange into 4 parts and remove the core (white part) and seeds;
  • Chop them into small pieces;
  • Add them in a blender;
  • Add 3 eggs;
  • Add 1 cup of oil;
  • Beat until the orange is crushed;
  • Add 2 cups of sugar tea;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Beat for 1 minute;
  • In a bowl, add 2 cups of sifted wheat flour tea;
  • Add the blender mixture;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of yeast;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;

  • In a bowl, add 5 tablespoons of icing sugar;
  • Add 4 tablespoons of orange juice little by little (while mixing);
