Wicked opens in Japan on March 7.
The fantasy musical is directed by John M. Chu (Crazy Rich Asians, In the Heights) with a hyphen Winnie Holzman (My So-Called Life) y Dana Fox (Cruella, New Girl) from the 2003 musical of the same name, which is itself based on the 1995 novel by Gregory Maguire.
This is the first part of an adaptation that will consist of two parts.
