Wynona «Falling Into You» – maybe I'm a little late in recommending this British duo to you, because the single was released last May, but since the song is timelessly good, it still fits in 2024. The upbeat indie pop (with jangle pop appeal) , which the two show here (and also on the accompanying EP “Split Ends”), impresses with a wonderful melody and languorous vocals.
Boy With Apple «GBG Hills» – the former focus of my blog was on Scandinavia and has now clearly moved away from it. But of course I still like Scandinavian indie bands. Like Boy With Apple from Gothenburg, who play a kind of dark dream pop and are about to release their debut album.
