Ingredients
4 eggs (220 g)
1 cup of oil (175 ml)
1 cup of yogurt (170 g)
3 cups of sugar (440 g)
4 cups of all-purpose flour (460 g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (15 g)
Directions
- In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar, and whisk well until it forms a pale, creamy mixture.

- Add the yogurt and oil, and mix again. Then add the flour and mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Add the baking powder, mix well, and pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 to 45 minutes.
- Let the cake cool slightly, run a knife around the edges, remove from the pan, and it’s ready to serve.
