2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of chocolate powder
1 cup of warm water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a medium round pan.
- In a blender, add warm water, eggs, oil, sugar and chocolate powder.
- Beat well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the wheat flour and beat again until the dough is smooth and lump-free.
- Finally, add the baking powder and beat just enough to incorporate it into the dough.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
