‘Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning’ revela teaser tráiler

the saga Mission: Impossible unveiled the title and official teaser trailer for the next installment, Mission: Impossible 8.

Tom Cruise, Paramount Pictures y Skydance They revealed that the official title is Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. As we will remember, it was previously called Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Twoalthough it was quickly discarded as an official title after the theatrical release of the seventh installment, Dead Reckoning Part One (2023).

With the motto “Our lives are the sum of our decisions”the studio presented the two-minute long teaser, in addition to the first poster. Both promotional materials are at the end of this note.

The trailer reviews the franchise and teases what's to come in the new film.

Cruise reprises his role as Ethan Hunt, in the eighth film that is written and directed by Christopher McQuarrie.

In the cast we also find the returns of Simon Pegg, Henry Czerny, Ving Rhames, Pom Klementieff, Hayley Atwell, Vanessa Kirby, Esai Moralesy Angela Bassett.

Additionally, welcomes Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso), Nick Offerman (The Last of Us), Katy O’Brian (Twisters), Tramell Tillman (Severance), y Janet McTeer (Ozark).

McQuarrie and Cruise are producers, with Chris Brock, David Ellison, Dana Golberg, Tommy Gormley, Don Granger and Susan E. Novick serving as executive producers.

In recent days, Cruise revealed to THR that the studio wants to promote the eighth installment as the “final” installment of the franchise, for marketing purposes, but it is his desire to continue making films in the saga.

The budget is approaching $400 million, including expenses for filming delays. There is already talk that it could be screened at Cannes 2025.

McQuarrie filmed with IMAX cameras and will be screened in IMAX theaters for three full weeks.

Paramount releases the film in theaters on May 23, 2025.
