200 ml of milk
3 eggs
1 glass of coconut milk (200ml)
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 and 1/2 cup of sugar
1 packet of 100g of coconut
1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup of corn starch
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions
- Cake
- In a blender, add 200 ml of milk;
- Add 3 eggs;
- Add 1 glass of coconut milk (200ml);
- Add 2 tablespoons of margarine;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar;
- Add 1 packet of 100g of coconut;
- Beat well;
- Transfer the dough to a bowl;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour;
- Add 1 cup of cornstarch;
- Mix;
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
- Transfer to a greased and floured form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;

- Add condensed milk on top;
- Add grated coconut;
