Ingredients

  • 200 ml of milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200ml)

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1 packet of 100g of coconut

  • 1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup of corn starch

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Directions

  • Cake
  • In a blender, add 200 ml of milk;
  • Add 3 eggs;
  • Add 1 glass of coconut milk (200ml);
  • Add 2 tablespoons of margarine;
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar;
  • Add 1 packet of 100g of coconut;
  • Beat well;
  • Transfer the dough to a bowl;
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour;
  • Add 1 cup of cornstarch;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
  • Transfer to a greased and floured form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
  • Cover
  • Add condensed milk on top;
  • Add grated coconut;
