4 eggs (200g)
1 and 1/2 cup of sugar (275g)
150g of butter
2 cups of wheat flour (270g)
2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of Nescau (310g)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 4 eggs (200g);
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar (275g);
- Mix well;
- Add 150g of melted butter;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour (270g);
- Mix;
- Add 2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of Nescau (310g);
- Mix well;
- Transfer to a roasting pan greased with butter and sprinkled with chocolate milk;
- Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes (until you do the toothpick test and it comes out half dirty and half clean);
- Your Nescau Brownie is ready!
