New looks at 'The Drama' with Zendaya and Robert Pattinson

The rom-com marketing campaign The Dramacordially invites you to witness a lot of wedding chaos.

The independent film studio film A24shared a couple of new glimpses in image focused on the protagonists, Zendaya y Robert Pattinson. The actors play an engaged couple who will falter before their wedding day.

In the glimpses, available at the end of the notewe see them share happy moments that precede the problems before the big day.

The photographs were taken by photographers Norman & Blake, and published by the duo on their Instagram account.

SYNOPSIS:

“Days before their wedding, a couple's relationship is shaken when one of them discovers disturbing truths about the other.”

The project is written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli (Dream Scenario).

The cast also includes Alana Haim (One Battle After Another), Mamoudou Athie (Archive 81), Michael Abbott Jr. (Killers of the Flower Moon), Hailey Gates (Marty Supreme), Sydney Lemmon (Warehouse), y Zoe Winters (Materialists).

A24 will premiere The Drama in April 2026, and will be the first of three films in which Zendaya and Pattinson will share the big screen this year.

After the launch of The DramaWe will see you again in The Odyssey by Christopher Nolan, on July 17, and again in Dune: Part Three by Denis Villeneuve, with Zendaya reprising her role as Chani, and Pattinson making his debut in the franchise, scheduled for release on December 18.

the drama is financed and produced by A24. Ari Aster (Hereditary, Midsummer) is producing it with his company Square Peg, with Lars Knudsen and Tyler Campellone as other producers.

• The Drama marks a new collaboration between A24 and Borgli, after the studio distributed Dream Scenario in 2023, and a new collaboration between Borgli and Square Peg, after he produced Dream Scenario.
• It is also another collaboration between A24 and Aster's Square Peg (Hereditary, Midsommar, Death of Unicorn).
• The Drama It is Borgli's fourth feature film, and his second in English.
