The Actor Awards aka SAG Awards 2026: Live coverage!

The 2026 awards season continues this Sunday with the delivery of The Actor Awardsformerly known as the SAG Awardspresented by the Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA), remembering that last November, this guild's awards changed their name to Actor Awards.

The change, which occurred after 30 years, was made with the objective of helping the global audience to quickly identify the nature of the prize being awarded.

The awards recognize the most outstanding performances in film and television.

The nominations for the 32nd edition of the film category are led by One Battle After Anotherwith 7 nominations, including Best Cast, the highest category of the award. It follows Sinners with 5, and Frankenstein, Hamnet y Marty Supreme with 3 for each one.

On television, The Studio leads with 5 nominations; they follow him Adolescence y The White Lotus with four for each one.

In addition to competitive prizes, Harrison Ford will receive the lifetime achievement award.

The 2026 Actor Awards take place this Sunday from the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles, California, in a ceremony that will be hosted by Kristen Bell.
