Ingredients
50g of chili peppers (bird’s eye chili, red finger chili, or jalapeño)
3/4 cup vinegar (180 ml)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 garlic clove
Directions
- Remove the stems from the peppers. Then cut the peppers into pieces.

- If you prefer, remove the seeds and place the chopped peppers in a blender.
- Add the chopped garlic, vinegar, salt, sugar, and paprika, then blend until smooth.

- Strain the sauce if desired, or leave it rustic, and place it in a jar with a lid.
- Enjoy the hot sauce however you like and keep it stored in the refrigerator.
