Make this homemade hot sauce and enjoy a delicious and healthy spicy condiment.

Ingredients

  • 50g of chili peppers (bird’s eye chili, red finger chili, or jalapeño)

  • 3/4 cup vinegar (180 ml)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

  • Remove the stems from the peppers. Then cut the peppers into pieces.
  • If you prefer, remove the seeds and place the chopped peppers in a blender.
  • Add the chopped garlic, vinegar, salt, sugar, and paprika, then blend until smooth.
  • Strain the sauce if desired, or leave it rustic, and place it in a jar with a lid.
  • Enjoy the hot sauce however you like and keep it stored in the refrigerator.
