Make this brazilian corn pudding is so easy that you won’t believe it.

Ingredients

  • 4 cans of corn, drained

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 5 tablespoons sugar

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 600 ml (2½ cups) milk

  • Ground cinnamon, to taste

  • A pinch of salt

Directions

  • Add the drained corn and milk to a blender and blend for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture if desired.
  • In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  • Once the cream has thickened slightly, turn off the heat and serve it in small bowls or dessert dishes.
  • Finish with cinnamon to taste and serve the brazilian corn pudding either warm or chilled.
