Ingredients
4 cans of corn, drained
1 tablespoon butter
5 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
600 ml (2½ cups) milk
Ground cinnamon, to taste
A pinch of salt
Directions
- Add the drained corn and milk to a blender and blend for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture if desired.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

- Once the cream has thickened slightly, turn off the heat and serve it in small bowls or dessert dishes.
- Finish with cinnamon to taste and serve the brazilian corn pudding either warm or chilled.
