Ingredients
4 persimmons (700 g)
50 ml filtered water
50 ml vinegar
200 g sugar
Directions
- Wash the persimmons thoroughly, remove the tops, and cut each one into 4 pieces. Place half of the persimmons in a blender and blend until smooth.

- Add half of the filtered water and blend again. Add the remaining persimmons, the rest of the water, and the vinegar. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and add the sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the jam thickens. Remove from the heat and let it cool completely.

- Once cooled, transfer the persimmon jam to a clean jar with a lid. Store it in the refrigerator before serving and keep it refrigerated after opening.
- Enjoy the persimmon jam with bread, toast, crackers, or as a topping for your favorite desserts.
