Chocolate nut clusters are a classic treat that delights the palate with its incredible combination of flavors and textures.

Ingredients

  • 200g mixed nuts

  • 500g semisweet compound chocolate

Directions

  • Chop the semisweet compound chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, or melt it using a double boiler on the stovetop.
  • Add almost all of the mixed nuts to the melted chocolate, reserving a small portion for garnish. Stir until the nuts are evenly coated with the chocolate.
  • Spoon portions of the chocolate mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with butter. Sprinkle the reserved nuts on top.
  • Refrigerate the chocolates until they are completely set and firm.
  • Once hardened, remove the chocolates from the tray. They are now ready to serve.
