Made with just a few ingredients, this strawberry jam is so delicious that it will leave anyone eager to try it.

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 500 grams of chopped strawberries

  • 6 tablespoons of sugar (120 grams)

Directions

  • Add the chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a saucepan. Mix well and place over medium heat.
  • Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes after the mixture starts boiling, stirring occasionally until it thickens and reduces.
  • Remove from the heat, let the strawberry jam cool, and transfer it to a jar with a lid.
  • Enjoy the jam however you like, and store it in a sealed jar in the refrigerator before and after serving.
