500 grams of chopped strawberries
6 tablespoons of sugar (120 grams)
Directions
- Add the chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a saucepan. Mix well and place over medium heat.
- Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes after the mixture starts boiling, stirring occasionally until it thickens and reduces.

- Remove from the heat, let the strawberry jam cool, and transfer it to a jar with a lid.
