With simple ingredients and in a practical way it is possible to make a powdered milk cake that everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of water

  • 1 cup powdered milk (powdered)

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 pinch

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

Directions

  • In a bowl add the eggs, oil, sugar and salt. 
    Mix well and add powdered milk. 
    Mix a little more, add the water and mix again. 
    Gradually add the wheat flour while mixing until the dough is homogeneous.
  • Add the yeast to the dough and stir briefly to dissolve and mix well. 
    Grease a form with butter or margarine and flour, pour the dough into it and bake for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and another 10 minutes with the oven off.
  • Carefully remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly at room temperature. 
    Unmold onto a plate or platter, sprinkle powdered milk to taste on top and the cake is ready to serve.
