Ingredients
3 eggs
2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of water
1 cup powdered milk (powdered)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 pinch
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- In a bowl add the eggs, oil, sugar and salt.Â
Mix well and add powdered milk.Â
Mix a little more, add the water and mix again.Â
Gradually add the wheat flour while mixing until the dough is homogeneous.
- Add the yeast to the dough and stir briefly to dissolve and mix well.Â
Grease a form with butter or margarine and flour, pour the dough into it and bake for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and another 10 minutes with the oven off. - Carefully remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly at room temperature.Â
Unmold onto a plate or platter, sprinkle powdered milk to taste on top and the cake is ready to serve.
