Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups of flour (wheat)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 pot of cream (300 grams)
1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and mix well.Â
Add the cream and mix some more.Â
Add the wheat flour (sieve if you prefer) and mix again. - Add the baking powder, vanilla essence and mix the dough until it is smooth, uniform and consistent.Â
Transfer it to a greased and floured baking dish, put in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for about 40 minutes. - Carefully remove the cream cake from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.Â
Unmold onto a platter or plate and the recipe is ready to eat.
