Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple

  • 1 can of sour cream

  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix

  • 3 heaping tablespoons of sugar

  • 500 ml of water

Directions

  • Peel the pineapple and cut almost all the fruit into medium pieces. 
    Cook 2 slices of pineapple in a pan with 500 ml of water and sugar. 
    Turn off when it boils, add the syrup to the chopped pineapple and wait for it to cool.
  • Separate all the pineapple syrup and transfer to a pan. 
    Add the vanilla pudding mixture and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. 
    Then turn off the heat, add the chopped pineapple, the cream and mix very well.
  • Wait for the dessert to cool to room temperature or refrigerate for at least 1 hour and the pineapple cream is ready to eat.
