Ingredients
- Dough
3 large or 4 small eggs
3 cups of flour (wheat)
2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of milk
1 cup (tea) of oil
1 tablespoon of grated cheese
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Oregano to taste
- Filling
300 grams of chopped mozzarella
200 grams of chopped turkey or pork ham
1/2 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
Olive oil to taste
Chopped green pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- For the filling, add the chopped tomatoes, onion and green smell in a container.
Season with salt, olive oil and oregano to taste, add the chopped ham and mozzarella.
Mix very well and set aside.
- Place the milk, eggs, oil, wheat flour, grated cheese and a pinch of salt in a blender.
Beat until well homogenized, add the baking powder and beat a little more or mix with a spoon. - Transfer half of the dough to a greased and floured baking sheet.
Then spread the filling on top and cover with the rest of the dough.
Finish by sprinkling oregano to taste on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the pie for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden on the outside and dry on the inside when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Carefully remove the pie from the oven, wait for it to cool down a bit and it is ready to be served in pieces of your preferred size.
