With 3 simple ingredients and almost no work, this passion fruit cake filling is sensational!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of passion fruit jelly (60 grams)

  • 1 box of cream (200 grams)

  • 1 can condensed milk (395 grams)

Directions

  • In a pan add condensed milk and cream. 
    Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir constantly until it comes to a boil and the mixture falls off the spoon in the form of blocks.
  • Turn off the heat and add the passion fruit jelly. 
    Mix very well to leave the filling homogeneous and transfer to a container. 
    Cover with plastic in contact, leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours and the passion fruit filling is ready.
