200g chopped smoked turkey breast
1/2 chopped onion
1 clove of minced garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the chopped turkey breast and sauté for a few minutes.
- In a blender or food processor, place the turkey breast sauce, mayonnaise and cream.
Beat until you get a homogeneous cream. - Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
