1 whole egg
1 tablespoon cocoa powder 50% cocoa
1 teaspoon chemical baking powder
2 tablespoons of xylitol
150 grams peanut butter
Chocolate drops to taste
Directions
- Place the peanut butter, egg, chocolate powder, xylitol in a bowl and stir very well.
- Add the baking soda and mix with your hands until homogenized and reach a point where it no longer sticks to your palms.
- To model the cookies, make balls with portions of the dough and then flatten with your hands.
- Place the cookies in a lined shape with butter paper with space between them and add chocolate chips on top.
- Preheat the oven to 200º₢ and bake the cookies for about 20 minutes.Â
Wait for them to cool down completely before taking them out of the mold and the fit cookies are ready.
