Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup of butter (100 grams)
1 can of canned corn without the water 170 grams
2 cups of sugar (370 grams)
4 cups (tea) of milk 840 ml
50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup (tea) of wheat flour 105 grams
1 cup (tea) of cornmeal mimoso or fine cornmeal 145 grams
1 level tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams
Directions
- In a blender, add 4 eggs;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of butter 100 grams;
- Add 1 can of canned corn without the water 170 grams;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of sugar 370 grams;
- Add 4 cups (tea) of milk 840 ml;
- Beat well for 5 minutes;
- Transfer to a bowl;
- Add 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese;
- Add 3/4 cup (tea) of wheat flour 105 grams;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of mimoso cornmeal or fine cornmeal 145 grams;
- Add 1 level tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams;
- Mix and beat well;
- Transfer to a baking sheet greased with butter/margarine/oil and flour/cornmeal;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes;
