Get ready to taste and approve this delicious banana and cinnamon cake!


  • 3 a 4 bananas

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 level spoon (dessert) of salt

  • 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon to taste


  • Cut the bananas into strips or slices. 
    In a baking dish greased with butter or margarine and sprinkled with powdered cinnamon and sugar to taste, arrange the bananas side-by-side with the cut side facing down. 
    Sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste over the bananas.
  • Add the sugar, eggs, salt, oil to a bowl and mix. 
    Gradually add the wheat flour and milk, interspersing the two, and stir very well. 
    Finally add the baking soda and stir again to homogenize.
  • Pour the dough over the banana pieces and bake the cake for approximately 35 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢. 
    Remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature or in the fridge. 
    Unmold by passing a knife on the sides to make it easier and the banana cake is ready to serve.
