- In a bowl, add 3 peeled and chopped fuji or gala apples;
- Add the juice of half a lemon;
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
- Mix;

- In a bowl, add 3 egg whites;
- Beat well;
- In another bowl, add 3 egg yolks;
- Add 1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar;
- Add 4 tablespoons of butter;
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- Beat for 4 minutes;
- Add 3/4 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of whole milk;
- Add 2 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of wheat flour (sifted);
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
