Preparing a delicious natural apple juice is almost effortless and yields a delicious drink!
6 small or 3 large apples with or without skin (Gala or Fuji)
1.2 liters of water (or 1.5 liters if using the shells)
- Remove the seeds from the apples and cut the fruit into medium cubes with or without the skin.
Place in a pan with water and bring to medium heat to cook for approximately 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool to room temperature, strain through a sieve and press apple cubes with a spatula or fork to squeeze out all the juice from the fruit.
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours if you prefer and the apple juice is ready.
