Ingredients
1 piece plantain (large)
Olive oil 1 tablespoon (13 mL)
Butter 3 tablespoons (60g)
1 piece chopped onion
Cassava flour 1/2 pack (250g)
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
parsley to taste
Directions
- Cut the banana into small pieces;
- In a skillet, add 1 tbsp Olive Oil (13 mL);
- Add 1 tablespoon and a half of Butter;
- Let it melt;
- Add the sliced banana;
- Let it brown on both sides;
- Add chopped onion 1 unit;
- Let it become transparent;
- Make a space in the middle and add another 1 tablespoon and a half of Butter;
- Let it melt;
- Add 1/2 packet cassava flour (250g);
- Mix and roast;
- Season with salt, pepper and parsley;
- Your banana farofa is ready!
