Ingredients

2 cups (370 grams) refined sugar
2 cups of wheat flour (270 grams)
1 and ½ tablespoons of leveled baking powder 22 grams
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon powder
- Cream
2 cups (tea) of milk 420 ml
1 teaspoon vanilla 2.5 grams
3 tablespoons (20 grams) corn starch
½ cup (tea) of sugar 90 grams
1 box of cream of milk 200 grams
- Liquid mix
5 eggs 250 grams
½ cup (100 grams) unsalted butter
1 and ½ cup (tea) of milk 320 ml
4 level tablespoons of sugar 45 grams
Between 6 and 8 bananas depending on size (I used Nanica or Caturra)

- Pasta
- In a bowl, add 2 cups (tea) of granulated sugar 370 grams;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour 270 grams;
- Add 1 and ½ tablespoons of shallow baking powder 22 grams;
- Add 2 level teaspoons of cinnamon powder;
- Mix;
- Cream
- In a pan, add 2 cups (tea) of milk 420 ml;
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla 2.5 grams;
- Add 3 tablespoons of corn starch 20 grams;
- Add ½ cup (tea) of sugar 90 grams;
- Mix;
- Add 1 box of milk cream 200 grams;
- Bring to a boil and stir for 5 minutes after it starts to boil;
- Liquid mix
- In a bowl, add 5 eggs 250 grams;
- Add ½ cup (tea) of unsalted butter 100 grams;
- Add 1 and ½ cup (tea) of milk 320 ml;
- Add 4 level tablespoons of sugar 45 grams;
- Mix and beat well;
- Mounting
- In a greased and floured baking dish, add half of the dough;
- Add between 6 and 8 bananas depending on the size (I used Nanica or Caturra) cut in half;
- Add the cream;
- Add the rest of the dough;
- Add the liquid mixture;
- Run the knife along the sides so that the liquid penetrates;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
- Your banana pie is ready!
