Ingredients
2 eggs (110g)
2 oranges (450g)
1 cup vegetable oil (240 ml)
2 cups all-purpose flour (320g)
1½ cups sugar (300g)
1 tablespoon baking powder (15g)
Directions
- Cut one orange into four pieces and remove the pulp. Remove the white pith and the seeds from the segments. Cut the other orange into four pieces, remove the white pith but leave the peel on, and then cut each piece in half.

- Add the chopped oranges, oil, eggs, and sugar to a blender. Blend until smooth and transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
- Add the all-purpose flour and mix well with a whisk until fully incorporated. Add the baking powder, mix again, and pour the batter into a greased baking pan.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 45 to 50 minutes, but do not open the oven before the first 40 minutes.
- Allow the orange cake to cool before removing it from the pan. Slice it into pieces of your preferred size, and it is ready to serve.
