This delicious blender tapioca bread is fluffy and does not use wheat in its preparation!

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cornstarch (tea)
1 cup hydrated tapioca gum
1 tablespoon cake yeast
50 ml oil, margarine or butter
100 ml cow or coconut milk
Directions
- In a blender add the eggs, milk, oil (or butter/margarine), salt and beat for 1 minute.
Add the hydrated tapioca gum, the cornstarch and beat for another minute.
Add the cake yeast and beat for 30 seconds. - Transfer the dough to a loaf pan or other shape of your choice, greased with butter or margarine and sprinkled with wheat flour.
Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the bread for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. - Remove the bread from the oven and wait for it to cool completely at room temperature.
Unmold the tapioca bread onto a plate or platter, cut it into slices as you like and the recipe is ready.
