Ingredients
3 whole eggs
3 cups dried tapioca gum
1 cup of water (tea)
1 pinch of salt or to taste
50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
100 ml of oil
Directions
- In the blender add the eggs, oil, water, salt, grated parmesan cheese and beat for a few minutes.
- Put the dried tapioca gum, beat for another 2 minutes and transfer the dough to a greased and sprinkled shape.
- Bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Carefully remove from the oven, wait to cool down before unmolding and the tapioca cake is ready.
