This blender tapioca cake is sure to whet anyone’s appetite!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 3 cups dried tapioca gum

  • 1 cup of water (tea)

  • 1 pinch of salt or to taste

  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese

  • 100 ml of oil

Directions

  • In the blender add the eggs, oil, water, salt, grated parmesan cheese and beat for a few minutes.
  • Put the dried tapioca gum, beat for another 2 minutes and transfer the dough to a greased and sprinkled shape.
  • Bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Carefully remove from the oven, wait to cool down before unmolding and the tapioca cake is ready.
