50 g grated mozzarella cheese
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 carton (200 g) heavy cream
2 carton measures (240 g) sour tapioca starch
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the sour tapioca starch, grated mozzarella, grated Parmesan, heavy cream, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Knead the mixture by hand until the dough is smooth, uniform, and easy to shape. Roll the dough into small balls and arrange them side by side on a baking tray.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cheese breads have puffed up and are golden brown.
