Hard to eat just a piece of the brevity cake!
250 grams of sweet sprinkle
200 grams of sugar
- Add eggs and sugar in a mixer.
Whisk until the mixture increases in volume and becomes thicker in consistency.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and add the sweet sprinkle little by little while mixing the ingredients very well with a spoon.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured form.
- Preheat the oven to 200º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes, until lightly golden on the outside.
- Carefully remove the cake from the oven and wait for it to cool down a bit.
Unmold if you prefer, cut into pieces with the size of your preference and the cake can be served.
